1. Services We Provide

Aksha Interior provides the following services:

• Full home interior design and execution
• Modular kitchen design, supply, and installation
• UPVC windows and doors supply and installation
• Mosquito nets, roller blinds, curtains, and window solutions
• Sliding wardrobes, TV units, and storage solutions
• Commercial interior design

Service scope, pricing, timeline, and specifications are defined in a written quotation or work order provided before any work begins.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations are based on measurements and specifications provided at the time of consultation. Changes to scope may require a revised quotation.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• We do not guarantee that the final project cost will not vary from the initial estimate if the scope changes.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedule will be agreed upon in the work order before the project begins.
• Typically, an advance payment is required to commence work, with balance payments at defined project milestones.
• We accept cash, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and UPI payments.
• Work may be paused if payments are significantly overdue, without affecting the client's obligations.

4. Project Timeline

We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by factors outside our control (such as material unavailability, access restrictions, or changes requested by the client) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any such delays promptly.

• Provide reasonable access to your property for our team during agreed working hours.
• Ensure the site is clear and ready for work on agreed dates.
• Review and approve designs, measurements, and material selections before production begins.
• Inform us promptly of any concerns during installation.

7. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations after work has commenced may result in deduction of costs already incurred.
• Changes to the agreed scope after production has started may incur additional charges.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, additional living expenses, or inconvenience arising from project delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
